Every Mevula order ships fully insured for its full value, with signature required on delivery. We never write the contents on the outside of a package, and high-value pieces ship with discreet, unbranded packaging.
Every order takes at least 7 business days to leave our studio — time to source, hand-finish, quality-check, and dispatch it fully insured. Pieces we source to order add the supplier's lead time on top: your estimate is the time for the piece to reach our studio plus that 7-business-day studio window. You'll always see the estimated window on the product page and at checkout, and we email you tracking the moment it ships.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address: you enter your address, then see the exact, fully insured rate before you pay — no flat fees, no surprises. Every shipment is insured for its full merchandise value and goes out via UPS with a signature required on delivery. You pay only the real insured carrier rate.
We currently ship within the United States. For international requests, please contact us — high-value international shipments are arranged individually with insured, trackable couriers.
For your protection and ours, some high-value jewelry orders require identity and payment verification before fulfillment. We may ask you to complete a quick government-ID verification (handled securely through Stripe Identity — we never store your documents ourselves), confirm your billing and shipping address, and join a brief consultation call.
For our most valuable pieces, we may route the item to our studio first for a final quality check, then send it onward to you with insured, signature-required, fully tracked shipping. We'll keep you informed at each step.
You can follow your order any time from your account. Once it ships, the carrier and tracking number appear there and in your shipping confirmation email. Checked out as a guest? Use the Manage your order link in your confirmation email, or go to Find my orders any time — enter your email and we'll send you a secure link to your orders, tracking, and returns.
