This notice explains what information Mevula collects when you use mevula.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email us at admin@mevula.com.
We use essential cookies that are required for the site to function — keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and securing checkout. These are always on because the site can't work without them.
With your consent, we also use PostHog, a product-analytics tool, to understand how the site is used — which features are popular, where people run into friction, and which pages load slowly — so we can make it better. With your consent this may include:
We do not sell your personal information.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics or session-replay data is collected — only the essential cookies remain. Your choice is remembered on your device; to change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
Some features rely on AI providers to work:
These providers process this data only to deliver the feature you used. We do not use your chat messages or render inputs to train AI models.
To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, verify high-value purchases and prevent fraud, send you transactional email (and marketing email only if you opt in), comply with our legal obligations, and — with your consent — improve the site through the analytics described above.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store — for example Stripe (payments and identity verification), our shipping and fulfillment partners, Resend (transactional email), PostHog (analytics, with your consent), Anthropic (the "Ask Ava" chat), and Google (AI image rendering). They process it on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We protect it with industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email admin@mevula.com and we'll respond as required by law.
We may update this notice from time to time; the version published here applies from the moment it's posted. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
