To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, verify high-value purchases and prevent fraud, send you transactional email (and marketing email only if you opt in), comply with our legal obligations, and — with your consent — improve the site through the analytics described above.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store — for example Stripe (payments and identity verification), our shipping and fulfillment partners, Resend (transactional email), PostHog (analytics, with your consent), Anthropic (the "Ask Ava" chat), and Google (AI image rendering). They process it on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We protect it with industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
