Before you measure — print at actual size

Print on Letter or A4 paper at 100% / “Actual size” — turn off “Fit to page” or “Shrink to fit.”
Check the ruler below with a real ruler — it should read exactly 10 cm. If not, re-print and adjust the scale.

Method 2 — Wrap your finger

Cut out the strip, wrap it snugly around the base of your finger, and mark where it overlaps the start. Measure that length in mm on the ruler above, then find it in the circumferencecolumn of the chart.
